Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the service total. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
