As a Black woman-owned salon, we believe beauty is more than skin deep. We are committed to creating a faith-filled, empowering space where every person is welcomed, celebrated, and reminded of their unique identity and worth. Inspired by 1 Peter 3:3–5, we believe true beauty begins within and is reflected through a spirit of grace, strength, and inner peace. Guided by Matthew 5:13–16, we strive to be salt and light in our community through love, excellence, and purposeful service. Our diverse team of licensed cosmetologists and professional braiders offers a wide range of hair services, ensuring there is a style and service for everyone. From natural hair care and styling to all types of extensions, braids, protective styles, color, and more, our team offers services designed to meet a variety of hair needs and preferences. In addition to hair services, we offer professional makeup services ranging from natural glam and soft glam to full glam, bridal, editorial, and special-event makeup. We also offer facial waxing services and nail services, excluding acrylic enhancements. For weddings, fashion shows, special events, and other group bookings, we offer select on-location services throughout the Massachusetts area. Our travel services are designed for group bookings and events requiring beauty services for multiple people and are not intended for individual at-home appointments. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice and need to reschedule, you may transfer your deposit to one new appointment date. This one-time rescheduling option must be used when rescheduling your appointment. If you choose not to reschedule and cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the service total.
By booking an appointment with Yanique Beauty Bar, you acknowledge and agree to our deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policies.
